The objective of this project was to provide a healthy and inviting space for staff and officials of Chris Hani District Municipality to carry out their duties and functions. The following works formed part of the project; new HVAC, provision of a lift for disabled access to all floor levels, refurbishment of existing ablutions and offices, refurbishment of the council chambers and new dining room and satellite kitchen.
